A few pics from the "World's Most Famous Arena" - Madison Square Gardens. My team is the New York Knicks of course and they made the play-offs this year for the first time in a long time. They also signed some high profile players at the end of the season and should be strong this year - fingers crossed!
Our main superstar player - Amar'e Stoudemire - he's 6ft 10in and wears glasses when he plays because he nearly lost his vision once by getting poked in the eye whilst playing basketball!
The guy with the glasses sitting just to the right of the blonde is Chris Rock - comedian and actor (was in the movie Grown Ups with Adam Sandler recently)
Your pictures rekindled fond memories of The Gardens from several cat shows, to conducted tour, to that never to be forgotten show charity game between the Knicks and the champions of Israel. Out of the 18000 or so audience, I do believe we were the only 3 guys that watched the match - the rest were totally obsessed with socialising/impressing/waving at/ doing business with/ gossiping/ phoning their friends on the other side of the arena/ phoning their friends outside to let them know that they were at this important Jewish occasion and transporting vast quantities of gigantic hot dogs and other such cardiac arrest inducing fast food up and down the steep stairways to their families.
